1 Program Overview

ParentYog is a parent-focused AI connection and problem-solving workshop offered by DLYog Lab Research Services LLC (Elk Grove, California 95757). The program is a 2-day online experience-sharing and hands-on workshop designed for adult parents and guardians. It is not a child education program, childcare service, or licensed educational institution.

2 Parent-Focused Participation

ParentYog is designed for adult parents or guardians. The enrolled participant is the parent or guardian. All program activities, materials, and sessions are directed at adult participants. The parent is solely responsible for their own participation and for any decisions they make regarding family members.

3 Parent Responsibility for Any Child or Family Member Involvement

Any involvement of children, minors, or other family members in the program is optional, voluntary, and entirely under the direct supervision, responsibility, and discretion of the participating parent or guardian. Parents choose whether, how, and when to involve family members. DLYog Lab has no role in supervising, monitoring, or directing any such involvement.

4 No Child Supervision by DLYog Lab

DLYog Lab Research Services LLC does not provide childcare, child supervision, child monitoring, child teaching, child coaching, child assessment, or assume responsibility for the safety, behavior, wellbeing, online activity, AI usage, or participation of any child or minor. DLYog Lab staff do not assume parental authority or responsibility over any minor.

5 Voluntary Participation

Participation in ParentYog is entirely voluntary. Parents are responsible for deciding whether the program is appropriate for themselves and their household. By registering, participants confirm they have made an independent, informed decision to participate.

6 No Guarantee of Results

DLYog Lab makes no guarantee of educational, technical, relational, therapeutic, financial, career, family relationship, or AI-skill outcomes from participation in ParentYog. Results described in program materials reflect founder experiences and may not reflect typical participant outcomes.

7 No Professional Advice

No content, discussion, exercise, or material in ParentYog constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, psychological, educational, therapeutic, or clinical advice. Participants should seek qualified professional guidance for specific needs.

8 Not Therapy, Medical Advice, Childcare, Tutoring, or Licensed Education

ParentYog is not a therapy program, mental health service, counseling service, medical guidance program, childcare service, tutoring service, licensed school, or accredited educational institution. Nothing in this program should be interpreted as a substitute for professional therapeutic, medical, educational, or childcare services.

9 AI Output Limitations

The program may involve AI tools, AI-generated content, and AI-assisted exploration. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, misleading, or inappropriate for some uses. DLYog Lab makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of any AI output. Participants are responsible for reviewing and supervising all use of AI tools in their household.

10 Technology Risks

The program is delivered online and involves third-party technology platforms, AI tools, and internet connectivity. DLYog Lab is not responsible for technology failures, internet outages, third-party platform changes, data loss, security breaches on third-party platforms, or technical issues outside DLYog Lab's direct control.

11 Remote Participation Risks

Participants join the program remotely via internet connection. DLYog Lab cannot guarantee the security of participants' home internet environments. Participants are responsible for the security and appropriateness of their own technology environment, including any devices used by family members.

12 Optional Family Involvement

If a parent chooses to involve a child or other family member, that involvement is at the parent's sole discretion. DLYog Lab does not direct, supervise, assess, or assume responsibility for family members. The parent is solely responsible for the safety and appropriateness of all family member participation.

13 Privacy and Data Use

Personal data collected at registration (name, email, city, ZIP code, program preferences) is used solely for program administration, communication about ParentYog, and DLYog Lab internal operations. DLYog Lab does not sell personal data. DLYog Lab will not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents are responsible for ensuring that no minor's data is submitted through their registration.

14 Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded by DLYog Lab for quality improvement and internal training purposes. Participants agree not to record, redistribute, or publish workshop content, sessions, or participant information without prior written consent from DLYog Lab. Participants who do not wish to appear in any DLYog Lab recordings should notify DLYog Lab before the session.

15 Media Release Placeholder

By default, DLYog Lab will not use participant names or images in public materials without separate explicit written consent.

16 Showcase / Hackathon Participation

Day 2 includes an optional informal showcase where participating parents may share a concept, prototype, or reflection. Showcase participation is entirely voluntary. Parents decide what to share and how to present it. Any family member involvement in the showcase is under the parent's direct supervision.

17 AI-Assisted Judging Disclosure

Any evaluation of showcase projects may include AI-assisted review and/or human reviewers from DLYog Lab or invited guests. Evaluation criteria will be shared transparently before the showcase. Evaluation is informal, subjective, and for encouragement purposes only. Evaluation results do not constitute professional assessment, academic grading, or certification of any kind.

18 Prizes and Recognition Disclaimer

Any recognition, awards, or prizes associated with the showcase or program are informal, symbolic, educational, or promotional in nature unless otherwise announced in writing by DLYog Lab in advance. No cash prize, monetary benefit, guaranteed scholarship, tuition refund, or financial reward is promised unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by DLYog Lab.

19 Certificate Disclaimer

Certificates of Participation, if issued, acknowledge that a parent completed ParentYog, a parent-focused AI connection and problem-solving workshop by DLYog Lab Research Services LLC. Certificates do not represent professional qualification, academic credit, technical certification, clinical competency, educational achievement, childcare competency, or licensing of any kind. Family members may be acknowledged on a certificate at the parent's request, but the enrolled participant and certificate recipient is the parent.

20 Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Full refund: up to 7 days before program start date. 50% refund: 3–7 days before start. No refund: within 3 days of start. If DLYog Lab cancels or materially changes the program, all participants receive a full refund. Scholarship/need-based slots are non-transferable. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers; DLYog Lab is not responsible for payment processor errors.

21 Assumption of Risk

By registering and participating, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with remote online participation, AI tool use, technology use, and any activities undertaken during the program. This includes risks related to technical failures, data exposure on personal devices, AI-generated content, and any decisions made based on program content.

22 Release of Liability Placeholder

In the interim, by registering, participants acknowledge that DLYog Lab Research Services LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, AI errors, relational outcomes, or any other harm.

23 Indemnification Placeholder

Participants agree not to hold DLYog Lab Research Services LLC responsible for outcomes, disputes, or claims arising from their participation or from any decisions they make about family involvement.

24 California Law / Venue Placeholder

This program is offered by DLYog Lab Research Services LLC, a California company based in Elk Grove, California 95757. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

26 Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting the ParentYog interest form and checking the acceptance checkbox, participants confirm: (1) they are an adult parent, guardian, or adult participant 18 years of age or older; (2) they are a California resident; (3) they understand that ParentYog is a parent-focused program and that any family member involvement is entirely under their own direct supervision and responsibility; (4) they have read and understood this Waiver & Participation Terms document; (5) they agree to participate voluntarily with awareness of all terms described here. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute a binding contract for program enrollment. Registration and payment (when offered) will be subject to a separate registration agreement.
